Just 'B' is an independent charity specialised in supporting with emotional wellbeing and bereavement. Our mission is that no-one should face mental health challenges alone. We bring 15 years' experience of directly supporting clients and empowering professionals to be there for others.

We offer:
- Emotional wellbeing support in and for schools: one-to-one sessions with students, assemblies, teacher training and consultancy. 

- Training on supporting children and young people with needs including bereavement, anxiety, low-mood and self-harm.

- Counselling and social work placements for students with expert supervision as you develop hands-on experience. 

- Respond support service following the sudden death of a student or teacher. 

- One-to-one bereavement support for adults and children and young people
