Allison Stephens

Allison Stephens has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Allison started their career at California State University, Sacramento as a Resident Director. Later on, they moved to Pacific Lutheran University where they worked as a Resident Director, Associate Director of Conduct, Leadership & Orientation, and Associate Director of Academic Advising for a total of 14 years. In 2011, they also worked as a Fitness Instructor at Edgeworks Climbing Inc for over a decade. Lastly, Allison worked at Just Between Friends Franchise System, Inc. for over a decade as the Owner, Vice President Operations, and they are currently serving as their COO & VP of Operations starting in December 2022.

Allison Stephens earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Whitworth University, attending from 1995 to 1999. Later on, from 2000 to 2002, they studied Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at Miami University, where they earned their second Bachelor of Science degree.
