Just Breathe is the first mindful media network and global community for mindfulness in the real world, offering an on and offline place to feel inspired and connect with like minded people looking towards a better future. 

We are on a mission to help more people understand how to live mindfully, and come together as a community to consider the impact we have on the people around us. In today’s world there is an ever growing need for community, a place for people to feel inspired, to be heard and to feel welcomed. Our ability to connect in the real world is rapidly moving in the wrong direction, and if we don’t make a change, nothing will.
