Simon Booth

Simon Booth has a diverse work experience in the field of people management and learning & development. Their most recent role, starting in 2023, was as the Head of People Experience at Just Childcare Ltd. Prior to that, they held various roles at WW, including Head of People & L&D from 2018 to 2023, National Learning & Development Manager from 2016 to 2018, and Head of Learning & Development (Maternity Cover) in 2015. Before joining WW, Simon had worked at Weight Watchers UK Ltd as a Regional Trainer from 2009 to 2012. Their earliest work experience was at Pizza Hut, where they worked as a Restaurant Manager from 2008 to 2009 and as an Area Trainer/Management Trainer from 2004 to 2009. Simon has a strong background in talent management, recruitment, training, and strategic planning.

Simon Booth attended Healing Comprehensive School from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained their General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSEs). In terms of their GCSE results, Simon achieved 1A*, 2As, 5Bs, and 3C’s. In addition to their formal education, Simon also holds certifications as a member of The LPI (Learning and Performance Institute), which they obtained in February 2021.
