Project manager and systems administrator, Michael Hernandez, develops mobile computing and telephony solutions. Known for critical thinking, creative solutions, and collaboration, Hernandez provides client support, training, planning and implementation of operations, communication, office relocations and build-outs. Accomplishments include: standardizing a Legal Services program of 16 offices with hardware, software, phone system and CMS, and building a successful help desk unit and technology internship program. He gets the “impossible” done, always with kind-heartedness and respect. Once a member of the NYS Chief Justice’s Task Force Tech Committee, Hernandez works passionately to help protect equal access for the least advantaged.
