Roman Slack is currently the Lead AI Platform Engineer at Just-Tech, LLC, where they develop AI products for the legal industry. Previously, Roman served as the Chief Executive Officer of NextGen, a non-profit organization focused on introducing underserved students to computing and AI, and held the position of STEM Director at Youth and Family Services, designing curricula for middle school students. They gained experience as an AI Engineer at Levangie Laboratories and completed an AI Research Internship at the Air Force Research Laboratory, with plans to submit research to CVPR 2026.
