Iryna Zakharchuk

Iryna Zakharchuk has over nine years of experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Iryna is currently working as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter at JustAnswer since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DataArt for six years as a Recruiter, where they were responsible for organizing and coordinating the entire candidate's interview process, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates for further consideration. Iryna also sourced and provided a pool of candidates. Before joining DataArt, Iryna worked at Comarch for two years as a Service Desk Coordinator and Operator HDUA/Client Service Manager. In these roles, they conducted recruitment, coached new consultants, provided training, and received and processed requests from clients using EDI and CRM systems. Iryna also signed new agreements with clients and controlled payments.

Iryna Zakharchuk obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Credit from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Iryna attended the university from 2007 to 2012 as part of the Economics Department.
