James Nuckolls is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at JustAnswer since October 2013, James plays a crucial role in program management for operational teams and contributes significantly to the product roadmap from both feature and architectural perspectives. Prior to this, James worked at Granicus, Inc. from August 2007 to October 2013, where responsibilities included serving as a Senior Software Developer, Support Team Lead, and Technical Engineer, contributing to software development, client support, and server maintenance. James began the career at The Daily Californian as Tech Manager from 2005 to 2007. Proficient in multiple programming languages such as C#, PHP, C++, Java, JavaScript, and HTML, James holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
