John Coleman

John Coleman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. John has worked at JustAnswer since 2016, where they began as a SEO Content Editor, optimizing existing ranking pages and creating content from scratch. John later became a Digital Marketing Manager, leading the content strategy and creation for the Customer Acquisition team, and testing revenue opportunities in Google Ads. From November 2020 to May 2022, John worked as a Senior Marketing Communications Manager at JustAnswer, where they played a key role in changing how professional services work online. Currently, John holds the position of Director of Product Marketing at JustAnswer, where they lead product marketing efforts. Prior to JustAnswer, John worked at wikiHow as a Managing Editor and Deputy Editor, overseeing teams of editors, and driving readership growth. John has also worked at EthnoWorks as a Grant Writer, SpeakerText as a Productivity Intern, Children Youth and Family Collaborative as a Site Coordinator, and Small Demons as a Data Tracker.

John Coleman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Southern California. John also completed an Academic Study Abroad program in Philosophy at The University of Edinburgh. Additionally, they obtained a Summer Certificate in English Language and Literature from the Institute of Continuing Education at the University of Cambridge.
