Kera E. Nicholson

Kera E. Nicholson, MSW, serves as the Communications Manager at JustAnswer, where strategic communications are delivered to support initiatives across Marketplace, Expert Operations, and Community. Prior experience includes a role as Content Lead at Upwork, facilitating content development for a large international online community, and serving as a Corporate Social Responsibility Consultant, providing consultative services to purpose-driven organizations. Kera also led a team advocating for children's needs at Gwinnett County Public Schools and directed operations and communications for international programs at the Georgia State School of Public Health. Earlier roles include public policy writing at Emory University School of Law and providing writing support to undergraduate students at Georgia State University. Kera holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Georgia State University and has completed the Public Policy & Legislative Advocacy Clinic at Emory University School of Law.
