Mark Jackson has extensive experience in software architecture and engineering, currently serving as Technical Fellow and Software Architect at JustAnswer since December 2011, where responsibilities include developing scalable and maintainable solutions in an agile environment. Previously, as CTO at Cucku Inc, Mark led the development of StackHash, a tool for improving crash dump management in Windows. As Senior Technical Director at Macrovision Corporation, Mark oversaw the design and development of copy protection and DRM solutions, notably leading the creation of the SafeDisc product. Additional experience includes roles at Racal Research and Racal Datacom focusing on embedded systems and real-time communications. Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Information Systems from The University of Manchester.
