Toshivv C Kumar has extensive work experience in the field of product management and technology consulting. Starting in 2003, their career began at GE, where they led teams in building business intelligence reporting systems for three businesses within the company. Toshivv then moved on to The Home Depot, where they served as an eCommerce Product Manager, overseeing various aspects of the website's functionality and strategy. Following that, they joined CVS Health as the Head of Extracare CRM Product Management, leading large-scale agile teams and facilitating the adoption of new technology capabilities. After CVS, they took on the role of Senior Director of Product Management and UX at Ace Hardware - The Grommet. In 2021, they joined Takeoff Technologies, Inc. as the Director of Product Management and Data Science, before transitioning to their current position at JustAnswer as the Director of Product Management. In this role, Toshivv leads a global marketplace product team, utilizing innovative solutions such as ChatGPT and LLMs. Toshivv also spearheads the growth of Phone and Remote Desktop services.

Toshivv C Kumar holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.E. degree in Electrical from Delhi College of Engineering. Toshivv also has additional certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and Oracle Certified Associate (OCA) from Oracle. Moreover, Kumar has obtained certifications in Scaled Agile Framework - SAFe Agilist and Six Sigma Green Belt.
