Santa Singh has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and companies. Santa started their career in 2016 at Justcall.io as a Sr. Voice Engineer, where they played a crucial role in enabling international calls to customers from a local number. Santa also had the responsibility of managing the CRM and call-recording feature. In 2019, Santa joined SaaS Labs US, Inc as a Manager, Product & Design, where they showcased their expertise in product management and design. Santa later transitioned to the role of Associate Director, Engineering in July 2021, demonstrating their technical and leadership skills. Apart from their managerial positions, Santa also worked as a Sr. iOS & Web Engineer at SaaS Labs US, Inc from 2016 to 2019, contributing to the development of iOS and web applications. Overall, Santa Singh's work experience showcases their proficiency in engineering, product management, design, and leadership.

Santa Singh completed their secondary education at Guru Tegh Bahadur 3rd Centenary Public School in the CBSE Board's Science Non Medical program. Santa then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Santa has obtained several certifications from Aspiring Minds, including being certified as a Data Processing Specialist, Proficient in English, Telesales Professional, and in English Comprehension in March 2015.
