Alec Tan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Director Legal at JustCo since August 2023, Alec previously held the position of AVP Legal. Prior to JustCo, Alec was the Head of Legal at Pace Enterprise from December 2020 to July 2023, and served as Legal Counsel for ONE Championship for nearly a year. Alec's past roles also include Senior Counsel, Pacific at WeWork and Legal Counsel at both H&M and Rajah & Tann Asia. Alec began a legal career as a Trainee at Rajah & Tann Asia, progressing through the ranks to Senior Associate before becoming an Associate at David Lim & Partners LLP. Alec holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the National University of Singapore, earned between 2006 and 2010, and attended Hwa Chong Junior College and Raffles Institution earlier in education.
