Michelle Lee

Michelle Lee has a diverse and extensive work experience. Michelle is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at JustCo since March 2021. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2021, Michelle held the position of Chief Corporate Development Officer at Allgreen Properties Limited. Michelle also worked as the Executive Vice President of HR at Shangri-La Group from 2017 to 2021, where they provided HR support and strategic advice to the CEO and business leaders. Before that, from 2015 to 2017, they served as the Director of HR & Corporate Services at WIND Group, a startup in the real estate consultancy and asset management technology industry. Michelle also gained valuable experience during their tenure as the Head of Human Resources (Senior Vice President) at Capitamalls Asia from 2004 to 2015. Prior to that, they worked as the Group HR Manager at Luxasia from 2000 to 2003 and as an HR Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore from 1996 to 1999.

Michelle Lee attended National Junior College from 1991 to 1992, studying Accountancy. From 1993 to 1996, they pursued a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Human Resource at Nanyang Technological University.
