John Swift

John Swift, FCT, BSc (Hons) is an experienced treasury professional with a distinguished career spanning several high-profile financial roles. Currently serving as Director of Treasury at Just Eat Takeaway.com since April 2018, John has successfully transitioned from an initial contract role to a permanent position. Prior to this, John served as Group Treasurer at Sage for nearly eleven years, overseeing a global treasury team and shaping the treasury strategy. Additional roles include Group Treasurer at Mott MacDonald, and Treasury Analyst at Dixons Group Plc, among others, with a foundational start as an Accountant at EY. John holds multiple qualifications from the Association of Corporate Treasurers and a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from Newcastle University.
