Jon Or is currently the Interim Head of Product at Just Eat Takeaway, where they lead AI/ML logistics product teams focused on various operational aspects. Previously, Jon served as VP Availability and VP Operations at Gelato, contributing to supply chain and global operations. With notable experience at Amazon, Jon launched and scaled freight operations across Europe and managed multiple programs aimed at continuous improvement. Jon holds an M.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they achieved a perfect GPA.
