Michael Ingram

Michael Ingram is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and tax management. Since November 2015, Michael has held various leadership positions at Just Eat Takeaway.com, including VP Corporate Finance, Head of Corporate Finance, Interim Head of Investor Relations, and Head of Finance and Tax M&A. Prior to this, Michael served as a Board Observer at iFood from January 2018 to November 2022 and worked at Deloitte from October 2003 to October 2015 as a Senior Manager in International Tax. Michael holds an ACA from the ICAEW and a CTA from the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), as well as a Bachelor of Laws - LLB in Business and Finance Law from Brunel University of London.
