Michael Torres serves as the Canadian Hub Lead for Global People & Core Services at Just Eat Takeaway.com, where responsibilities span end-to-end HR lifecycle management for North America and select European countries. With extensive experience in HR transformation and organizational change management, previous roles include Associate Director at Bell, where a Change Framework was established to support large-scale transformations, and various leadership positions across organizations such as Canada Life, The North West Company, and PwC. A BComm graduate from the University of Manitoba with a focus on Marketing and Human Resource Management, Michael has successfully led initiatives to enhance employee engagement and HR effectiveness throughout a diverse career.
