Shay Raz

Shay Raz is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as VP of Operations at Just Eat Takeaway.com since August 2021, Shay oversees operations and service in Israel. Prior to this, Shay held significant positions at Paz Oil Company from November 2014 to August 2021, including General Manager of Central County and Senior Director of Customer Support. Additionally, Shay worked as VP and Head of Customer Support for Samsung Mobile at Scailex Ltd from October 2012 to November 2014, and previously led customer service operations and B2B services at 012 Golden Lines from October 2002 to February 2012. Educational credentials include a Management Development program from Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Political Communication from Ariel University.
