Irina Kendix

Irina Kendix is an accomplished audit and risk management professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Group Internal Audit at Just Group plc and as an Audit Committee Member for the Chartered Insurance Institute, Irina also holds a position as Governor and Chair of the Audit Committee at West Herts College. Previously, Irina was the Head of Internal Audit at Allwyn UK and Camelot, as well as the Director of Internal Audit for Link Group in the EMEA region. Irina’s career includes significant roles at Aviva, where responsibilities spanned areas including asset management and risk oversight across multiple regions, and Lloyds Banking Group, focusing on risk strategy development and insurance risk management. Irina holds an MBA from Henley Business School and an MSc in Physics from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
