Jupiter Barrera

Jupiter Barrera has worked in the IT field since 2011. In that year, they were a Masters Student at CINVESTAV Unidad Saltillo, where their main focus was on the manipulation task planning algorithm with humanoid Robot NAO. Jupiter also developed a simulator with Qt Framework and Robot NAO SDK and worked on automatization projects with the local Industrial sector. In 2014, they became a Project Manager at Centro Kappa de Conocimiento. In 2015, they were employed as a Project Lead at Tecnología y Productos Especiales S.A. de C.V. In 2017, they began working at Grupo ZEU as a Senior Software Engineer and at A&T Solutions and Support as an IT Coordinator, Coordinador de tecnologías de la Información, and Information Technology Strategist. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Software Engineer II at Justia.

Jupiter Barrera began their educational journey in 2006 when they obtained an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electronics Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Saltillo. From 2011-2014, they attended CINVESTAV Unidad Saltillo, studying Robotics and Advanced Manufacturing. In July 2015, they obtained a Principles of Safety certification from the National Safety Council.
