Mat Walker

Mat Walker is a Senior Product Manager at the Ministry of Justice Digital & Technology, where they help organizations leverage data-driven decision making and Lean methodology to create user-focused solutions. Previously, they worked at Cancer Research UK as a Product Manager, leading the development of various key products and implementing agile methodologies, which resulted in significant improvements in site engagement and functionality. Mat's experience also includes roles as a Digital Producer at Zodiak Media Group and Project Manager at We Are Bionic, managing multifaceted projects across the digital landscape. Mat holds a BA (Hons) in Theatre, Film, and Television from the University of Leeds.
