Jon Ervin

Jon Ervin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, product management, and consulting across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at JusticeText since October 2022, Jon also holds the position of Technical Product Manager at Pie for Providers, where Jon developed a prototype for a child care subsidy management platform. Before these roles, Jon worked as Strategy Manager at Chicago Beyond, driving investments aimed at equity for young people. Previous experiences include senior associate consulting at Bain & Company, where Jon contributed to projects in mobility and healthcare, and product management externship at MissionU. Jon's career began with a solid foundation in consulting at Illinois Business Consulting, coupled with early internships in technology and energy sectors.
