Justis Development is a Florida-based real estate development firm specializing in ground-up, Class-A industrial logistics warehouses. We target supply-constrained, urban infill locations in Florida's most promising high-growth markets, focusing on assets between 100,000 and 500,000 square feet. By leveraging disciplined underwriting and deep market knowledge, we deliver institutional-quality projects designed for long-term value creation.

Stop Compromising With Generic Space Growing industrial leaders shouldn't have to pay an "Inefficiency Tax" to retrofit outdated warehouses. We help mid-market manufacturing and logistics companies navigate critical expansion triggers with custom Build-to-Suit (BTS) solutions. By mapping your true operational needs—power, flow, yard, and structure—we provide purpose-built facilities that optimize your capital. Delivered with certainty. Designed around your operation.

Our Development Approach We collaborate with best-in-class architects, engineers, and construction partners from predevelopment through delivery. This integrated approach allows us to optimize building systems, reduce redundancies, and strictly control costs. We translate design intelligence into bottom-line construction efficiency, ensuring our modern facilities meet the demanding requirements of today's industrial users.

Active Pipeline & Scale Our firm’s active pipeline includes five major projects totaling over 1.2 million square feet, representing a $190 million investment in Florida’s booming industrial sector. Key developments include:
• Alico ITEC Logistics Park (Fort Myers): 378,000 SF across two buildings on 25 acres.
• FourFront Lakeland Logistics: 172,000 SF single rear-load warehouse along the I-4 corridor.
• Punta Gorda Industrial: 115,363 SF rear-load warehouse adjacent to the Punta Gorda Airport.
