Jorge Arce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and logistics management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the LatAm Regional Operations Manager at Justo since October 2021, Jorge previously held various managerial roles at Uber, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 30 customer support agents and overseeing retail operations in Costa Rica. Jorge's background also features positions such as Retail Operations Coordinator at DO Gestión de Talento, Commercial Manager at VonKelemen, and Contact Center Coordinator at Coopesantos R.L. In terms of education, Jorge holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and multiple bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Business Administration, along with a licentiate degree in Education, complemented by executive education in AGILE & SCRUM.
