Michelle S.

Michelle S. has a strong background in leadership and operations. Michelle started their career at Stowe Mountain Resort as a Retail Associate in 2011. In 2016, they interned at the communications department of FAO HQ, where they worked on designing mockups for the new website and assisting with the design for special events. Michelle then joined DITChile in 2017 as a Marketing and Design Coordinator. In 2018, Michelle became the Head of Customer Support at Orionx.com, where they were responsible for coordinating international customer support teams and ensuring a consistent customer experience. Michelle later took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Orionx.com, overseeing company operations. In 2019, Michelle joined Justo as a Restaurant Success Manager and quickly moved up to the role of Chief Operating Officer. In 2020, they became the Chief Experience Officer at Justo, and in 2022, they were appointed as the Chief People Officer. Michelle's work experience demonstrates their expertise in operations, customer support, and leadership.

Michelle S. has a Master's degree in Dirección de RRHH y gestión del talento, which they obtained from both Universitat de Barcelona and OBS Business School in 2022 and 2023. Prior to that, they studied 3D Animation with a focus on 3D modelling and post-production at Universidad Gabriela Mistral from 2012 to 2016. Michelle'sundergraduate degree is in Industrial Design from Universidad Diego Portales, where they studied from 2009 to 2011.
