We understand that the organization has a purpose and life of its own. We seek to listen in to this purpose, rather than trying to bend the organization’s direction towards vested interests of specific stakeholders. We regularly inquire about our alignment with the organization’s purpose and responsibly address any tensions that might arise. We understand that by serving its purpose, the organization will naturally generate abundant outcomes for all its stakeholders.

We are a customer centric company with a design-driven culture. We seek to delight our users through amazing experiences. We are laser focused on solving real problems for real people and we do this out of love and concern for them. When something bad happens to our clients, we treat them with the utmost respect and go above and beyond to solve their problems and make them feel appreciated.

We check our egos at the door. We seek to contribute, not receive approval. We understand that we are stronger together. We understand that feedback and respectful disagreement are gifts that help us grow. We see problems and failure as opportunities to learn. We constantly employ a growth mindset and thrive in unfamiliar situations in which we are required to learn something new quickly to be able to move forward.

At Justos, we believe that all people are fundamentally good and trustworthy. We believe that trust is given, not earned, and that it breeds responsibility. We understand that decentralizing power and decision making makes us more flexible, adaptable, resilient and powerful. We believe that command and control is a thing of the past. We hold each other accountable and act like the responsible owners of the company that we are.

At Justos, we encourage our people bring their whole selves to work. We strive to create an emotionally safe environment where we can all behave authentically. We believe that building a diverse and inclusive culture is not only the right thing to do, but that a diverse mix of voices leads to better discussions, decisions, and outcomes for everyone. High performing teams can do great things, but truly caring and inclusive teams can do the impossible.
