Tim Kamen has over 13 years of professional work experience. In 2008, they began working as a Technical Support Engineer at Symantec, where they provided software support via phone, email, and remote sessions for various programs on their Altiris line. In 2012, they joined Fuse Technology Group as a Support Analyst, responsible for server builds, server maintenance, spyware/virus cleanup, network setup/troubleshooting, application installation/support, hardware installation, and general PC maintenance. In 2013, Tim began working as an Application Specialist at Tyler Technologies, providing technical support for the Aegis CAD Platform to various public safety agencies across the United States. Tim also led a team of six and trained new hires on the software and best troubleshooting practices. In 2016, Tim joined ImageSoft, Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided technical support for the OnBase software platform developed by Hyland. In 2017, they began working as an Application Delivery Specialist at Michigan First Credit Union, where they served as an L3 Support Technician for all issues regarding many internal applications. Tim also acted as an IT Project Manager, mainly scoping projects for the Mortgage Department. In 2019, Tim joined Watts Water Technologies as a Technical Account Manager, working remotely from their home office supporting a book of roughly 45 clients. In 2022, they joined Sift as a Client Success Manager.

Ryan Orchell has a long and varied work experience. Ryan started their career in 2006 as a Front Office Representative at the Chicago Marriott Schaumburg. In 2007, they joined Apartments.com as an Account Manager and Client Support Specialist. In 2011, they moved to Market Track as a Key Account Manager, and in 2016 they joined Numerator as a Senior Engagement Manager. In 2021, they started working as a Client Service Manager at Sift. Throughout their career, Ryan has managed major accounts, handled client relations and post-sale communications, and provided excellent customer service. Ryan has also been recognized for their achievements, such as winning the 2018 Super Saver Award for saving a very high profile account.

Ryan then worked at Sterling Commerce as a Senior Software Developer from 2001 to 2003. From 2003 to 2016, they worked at Johnson & Johnson Health and Wellness Solutions, Inc., first as an Application Architect and then as a Senior Software Developer. Ryan is currently employed at Sift as a Senior Software Engineer since 2020.

Dylan Lokatys has had a varied work experience. Dylan began their career as a Porter at CDE Collision Centers Canton in 2014. In 2016, they moved to a Delivery Driver role at Domino's. In 2020, they changed roles again to become a Mortgage Loan Originator at Quicken Loans. Dylan is currently working as a Junior Software Engineer at Sift since 2022.

In 2021, they founded Politics on the Go, an all-in-one personalized voter guide that streamlines election research, and began working as a Project Manager at Sift. In 2020, they were a Fellow at Venture For America, and founded Da Cypher Studios, a company dedicated to empowering the youth by bridging the gap between art, fashion, and tech. In 2022, they will be a Start Studio MVP Participant at TechTown Detroit. In 2021, they were a Design by Community Fellow at the Mayor's Office for Economic Opportunity, where they acted as the Project Manager, Technical Lead, and Partnership liaison for their project, "From Blocks to Beats". Arabia also had previous experience as a Product Design Intern at theboardiQ in 2019, a Teacher at Girls Who Code in 2017, a Media Consultant at Smith College in 2016, and an Account Manager Intern at AOL in 2016.

In 2018, they worked as a Brand Designer and Senior Visual Designer at Sift, where they created, iterated, and expanded the brand standards, and aided in keeping the brand as one cohesive entity across all parts of the business. In 2017, they were a Creative Design Intern at Bosch USA, where they were part of a two-person team that revolved around ideating, iterating, and developing GUI and HMI, and assisted in asset management and project deliveries. Pearl Zhu Zeng-Yoders has a diverse work experience. Pearl Zhu started their career in 2009 as a Host and Producer at the Radio Station of Beijing Forestry University, where they developed and managed a 20-minute bi-weekly interviewing radio show. In 2013, they participated in the Educating a Global Community Conference held by Michigan Alliance for Environmental and Outdoor Ed as a scholarship recipient.
