Michael Wilken

Michael Wilken is the Co-Founder and CFO of JustWatch, an international movie marketing company that helps the film industry to advertise their content to the right audience. Prior to JustWatch, Wilken was the Geschäftsführer / Managing Director of MeinProspekt GmbH, where they were responsible for the acquisition and affiliate of Bonial. Michael then went on to serve as the CFO of Bonial International Group and kaufDA - Bonial International GmbH. In their current role at JustWatch, Wilken is responsible for collecting anonymized user data on movie taste and purchase behavior from millions of users every month through justwatch.com and our apps. Based on the corresponding user profiles, they run highly targeted and super efficient digital marketing campaigns for movie releases in cinemas, home entertainment and VOD.

Michael Wilken has a Diplom Kaufmann from Universität Mannheim in Business Administration, with a Finance and Marketing major, from 2005-2010. Michael also has a BA Business Administration from AUT University from their 2007 Study Abroad Program. Finally, they have a Business Administration degree from Universität Passau from 2004-2005.
