Amanda Caplin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer education, account management, and operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Education at Justworks since April 2016, Amanda is responsible for establishing a customer education function that enhances customer success and product adoption through a digital, on-demand model. Previously, Amanda held interim leadership roles in customer retention and account management at Justworks, as well as various management positions at Material Wrld, BaubleBar Inc., and Fab.com. Additional experience includes significant roles in design and production coordination, marketing, and curatorial positions at companies such as Ralph Lauren and the Artist Pension Trust. Amanda earned a BA in Art History from Union College.
