Flo Chan is an experienced Product Designer with a strong background in growth and user-centric design. Currently serving as a Product Designer, Growth at Justworks since October 2025, Flo previously excelled as a Senior Product Designer at The Infatuation, where leadership was demonstrated in designing the Search and Discovery squad and developing the firm's inaugural consumer-facing AI tool. Prior to that, at Zola, Flo contributed as a Product Designer II, specializing in wedding planning tools, and earlier worked at Epic in various roles, focusing on user research and quality assurance for the MyChart product.
