Johnathan Mirian

Johnathan oversees the Finance teams, responsible for equipping management with data and analysis to drive action that aligns with Justworks' overall growth strategy. He focuses on optimizing the company's return on capital while building controls and processes that scale effectively.

He started his career at Morgan Stanley in the investment banking division where he worked in both the Financial Sponsors Group and the Technology Group.

Johnathan is originally from Tennessee and holds a BA in English from Columbia University and an MBA from Oxford.
