Mark Napier is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in front-end development and user experience. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Justworks since November 2022, Mark oversees the Talent Administration team. Prior to this role, Mark managed multiple front-end teams at Capsule and led a front-end development team at <intent>, contributing to significant projects in e-commerce and digital advertising. Mark's extensive career includes positions at Thomson Reuters, where key contributions were made to redesign a major market data product, and educational roles at New York University, where a course on 3D graphics programming was created.
