Tyra Willis

Tyra Willis has extensive experience in transaction coordination, customer support, and marketing, with a career that spans multiple roles and companies. At RealFi, Tyra served as a Transaction Coordinator, overseeing real estate transactions and enhancing customer experiences. Following this, Tyra worked at Success Mortgage Partners as a Transaction Manager, managing a pipeline of loans and training new coordinators. Tyra has held marketing positions at Rutgers University Medical School and Rutgers University - Newark, where responsibilities included event coordination, promotional material creation, and social media management. Currently, Tyra is a Customer Success Manager at Justworks, after serving as Agent Experience Manager at Compass, where responsibilities included managing agent relationships and supporting event execution. Tyra holds degrees in Business and Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey and Rutgers University.
