Director Of Sales Operations at Juvare

Jay Banner has more than 15 years of work experience in sales and operations. Jay is currently working at Juvare as a Sales Operations Manager since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Sales Management Consultant at Sales Manager Now starting in February 2022.

From 2019 to 2021, Jay worked at Harmar as the Director of Sales Operations. Their responsibilities included training and developing Sales Managers, streamlining sales processes, and overseeing the Inside Sales Reps, Contact Center Operations team, and Installation Support Specialists team. Jay also managed LiftSquad, a group of installation technicians covering locations in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

Before that, Jay owned and operated an American Income Life Insurance office from 2009 to 2013, where they hired, trained, and managed a successful office staff and sales team.

Earlier in their career, Jay worked at HP as a Sales Manager, responsible for sales quota, training, and operations. Jay consistently achieved revenue goals and presented results to the VP of Sales. Jay also worked at the US Institute of Languages as a Sales Manager, leading an outside sales team.

Jay began their career at Hertz Car Sales as a Salesman, where they sold new and used vehicles and up-sold OEM parts and accessories.

Jay Banner obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University, from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Technical Sales at Weber State University, between 2000 and 2006. In addition, Jay has earned several certifications including a Confluence Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in March 2022, a Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) from the National Association of Home Builders in June 2019, and a certification in Managing New Managers from LinkedIn in January 2019.
