Patrick Macfarlane has had an extensive career in various leadership roles. Patrick began their career at Ocè Technologies B.V., where they served as the International Market Segment Manager for National Governments, driving the success of healthcare imaging and medical record management solutions. Patrick then served as the Managing Director of SL & Co., playing a key role in growing the business and establishing it as a regional leader in the green technology cogeneration space.

In 2016, Patrick joined Peleman Industries as the Senior Vice President. Patrick was responsible for overseeing the turnaround of the Enterprise Solutions group and managing relationships with over 20,000 corporate customers and distribution partners across North and South America, the Caribbean, and Australia.

Patrick's next role was as the Managing Director for the Americas at MYLAPS Sports Timing, where they led the team in bringing market-leading technologies to customers and partners in North and South America and the Caribbean. Patrick successfully enhanced the training and sports experience for over 20 million athletes and increased the utilization of MYLAPS cloud and apps to analyze performance data and share results.

Currently, Patrick serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Juvare Federal & Defense, focusing on driving the go-to-market strategy and delivery of technology solutions optimized for the U.S. government. Patrick also holds the position of Senior Vice President, Federal and Defense, overseeing a team that enables 50+ federal agencies and departments to respond rapidly and effectively to threats and hazards.

Patrick Macfarlane attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1988 to 1992. Patrick graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.
