Juvia Group, owned and operated by celebrated restaurateurs Jonas and Alexandra Millán, is a hospitality collective that includes Juvia Miami, Bonito St. Barths, Sushi Garage, Sunny Poke, La Estación American Brasserie and Dulce Miami. With over ten years of hospitality experience in their hometown, Caracas, Venezuela, the Millan’s passion for food moved to the next level. By expanding overseas, their goal was to craft a dining experience for anyone who chooses to come across their very unique concepts, all inspired by their warm Hispanic roots.
