Driely Pacolla

Driely Pacolla has a wealth of experience in Quality Assurance and Product Owner roles. In 2021, they began working at Juvo as a Product Owner and Quality Assurance Specialist. In 2020, they worked at Dextra as a Product Owner and Quality Assurance Specialist, where they were responsible for the administration of shopping centers in Brazil. In 2018, they worked at Tabmedia as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. In 2017, they worked at TIVIT as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist. In 2014, they worked at CI&T as a QA Analyst, where they were responsible for change technology, database migration, creating and executing manual test cases, working closely with the development team, creating test plans, running builds on Jenkins, maintaining QA related documentation, providing estimates for projects, creating defects, providing metrics around defects, testing interactivity in browsers, and testing integration of various systems. In 2013, they worked at Synchro as a Product Analyst and QA Analyst. In 2011, they worked at CI&T as a Test Lead/QA Analyst, Procuradoria do Estado de São Paulo as a Test Analyst, and BM&FBOVESPA as a Test Analyst, where they were responsible for testing load and transfer data, writing and executing manual and automated tests, rewriting existing documentation, creating new documents for internal processes, creating and executing manual and automated tests, and assisting in preparation and set up of test data. In 2007, they worked at IBM as a Test Analyst, where they were responsible for creating and executing manual and automated tests, working closely with the development team, testing interactivity of sites in multiple browsers, testing integration of system and DB, testing integration of system and ERP, testing integration of system and mainframe application, assisting in preparation and set up of test data, creating defects, retesting resolved defects, training new team members, providing technical support to internal and external team members, and testing integration of various internal systems.

Driely Pacolla obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Metrocamp in 2015, with a focus in PMI Project Management. From 2006 to 2009, Pacolla earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Faculdade de Jaguariúna. Prior to that, Pacolla completed a Technical Course Administration from ETEC Pedro Ferreira Alves in 2004 and 2005. Pacolla also holds two additional certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in June 2021, and Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate - (Portuguese) from CertiProf.
