Serena Corbetta PhD is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in energy, environmental, and regulatory law. Currently serving as Referente Regione Lombardia at Italia Solare since June 2024 and Head of Legal and Compliance Italy at juwi Group since October 2021, Serena's responsibilities include contract management, judicial proceedings oversight, authorization procedures, and corporate secretariat duties. Previous roles encompass Senior Lawyer at CHILOSI MARTELLI, Legal Counsel at EDP Renewables Italia, and In-house lawyer at Cornèr Bank SA. Serena holds a PhD in Business Law from Università Bocconi and an LL.M. in International Environmental Law from American University, complemented by multiple executive education programs at ESCP Business School.
