Laurel Komos

Laurel Komos has a diverse work experience in the field of user research and design. Laurel is currently working as the Associate Director of User Research and Design at Juxtapose, where they are involved in building and funding technology businesses. Prior to this, Laurel worked as a Senior User Researcher at Chime and had two roles at Salesforce, first as a Senior Experience Strategist and then as a Design Researcher. Laurel also gained experience as an Innovation and Service Design Consultant at Conic, a Design Consultant at Doblin, and a Design Strategy Intern at Far Eastern Group. In addition, Laurel worked as an Art Director at 88 Brand Partners, where they led advertising campaigns and developed brand guidelines for various clients. Laurel also has internship experience at Ogilvy & Mather, AMV BBDO, and Doner, where they gained exposure to account management, strategy, and art direction.

Laurel Komos holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Visual Communication Design from the University of Notre Dame, along with an International Business Certificate. Laurel also has a Master's Degree in Design (MDes) from the Institute of Design (ID).
