John Shelton

John Shelton is an experienced quality management professional with a comprehensive background in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Quality Manager at JVIS USA LLC since May 2016, John oversees automotive interior manufacturing for 22 customers, managing numerous injection molding presses and assembly lines, while maintaining and improving relevant quality certifications. Prior to this role, John worked as Senior Quality Engineer at IAC Group, where responsibilities included managing quality across multiple interior programs for GM. John's career began at Lear Corporation as a Quality Engineer, followed by roles at Visteon Corporation, General Motors, and Penske Logistics, showcasing a solid foundation in quality engineering and supervision across various automotive components and assembly processes.
