We are a team of highly experienced consultants dedicated to seeing all shelters and rescues succeed in saving lives. We work together to create an environment that empowers not only organizations but the community around them.

Our specialized consultation services focus on the needs of individual organizations, from large open-intake municipal shelters to limited-admission private facilities. All animal welfare organizations strive to the do the best they can, often with limited resources, staff, and money. We are here to help.

We recognize the difficult tasks that people face at these shelters and work to develop strategies that are easy to implement, yet powerful enough to make a difference. All with the ultimate goal of saving more animal lives yearly together.

No matter what stage of the process your organization is in, JVR Shelter Strategies is ready to plan, organize, and work as a team to save animal lives.
