Terrence H. Seamon

Terrence H. Seamon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, organizational development, and career coaching. Seamon began a career at the PSEG Salem Training Center as a Training Consultant and has held various managerial and consulting roles, including Training Manager at Teleport Communications Group and Culture Manager at AT&T. Currently serving as a Career Coach at AJ O'Connor Associates, Seamon also works as an Executive Career Transition Consultant at The Ayers Group and as a Leadership Development Consultant at Corporate Learning Services. In addition, Seamon has contributed as a faculty member at Rutgers SMLR and has partnered with multiple organizations to enhance leadership skills and organizational effectiveness through customized training programs. Seamon holds an EdM in Education and a BA in Human Communication from Rutgers University.
