Patrick Palmer is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various executive chef roles. As the owner and executive chef of Sunlight Catering & Rental Services for a brief period in September 2020, Patrick later served as a task force chef at The Plaza Hotel New York through The Chef Agency from December 2021 to January 2022.
