Jim Carroll

Jim Carroll joined the J.W. Fowler team in spring of 2021 as Chief Estimator. He is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the J.W. Fowler estimating program and providing technical and administrative direction to ensure corporate objectives are met. His focus for the department is on being efficient so they can maximize their productivity.
