Lynn Tripp

Lynn Tripp is an Associate Professor and Food Scientist at Johnson & Wales University, where they have been teaching since 2000. As Program Lead for Culinary Science and Product Development, Lynn specializes in wine and spirits education and serves as the Faculty Advisor to the Student Culinology Competition Team and the Culinary Science Club. Prior to this role, Lynn worked as a Food Scientist at Ocean Spray Cranberries from 1990 to 2000. They also completed a unique program on Yumbo Indians Pharmacopeia at the School for Field Studies in 1986.
