Mark Peres is an accomplished author, having written "The Accord," a novel exploring human-AI relations, and "The Man Who Lived a Hundred Lives," a memoir about familial understanding. They are the founder and executive director of The Charlotte Center for the Humanities, which fosters civic engagement through discussions and community events. Mark serves as a professor of leadership and ethics at Johnson & Wales University, teaching courses on global ethics and social change.
