Lisa McFall

Lisa McFall has a diverse work experience starting in 1993 as a Legal Secretary at Messrs. Benson & Allchurch. Lisa then moved on to the Royal Air Force in 1995, where they worked as an Administrator until 2001. Following their time in the Royal Air Force, they joined The Thinking Partnership as a Business Manager, overseeing financial and legal matters for the company. Since 2016, Lisa has been the Head Of Business Operations at Jyre (previously CharacterScope), a startup focused on digital leadership development tools. Lisa'srole involves managing various aspects of the business to ensure its success. Overall, Lisa has shown expertise in administration, management, and business operations throughout their career.

Lisa McFall attended Mynyddbach Comprehensive School from 1987 to 1993. Lisa then went on to study Business Administration & Computing at Tycoch College from 1993 to 1995.
