Jesper Trapp

Jesper Trapp is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for JYSK in Sweden and Finland since May 2020. In this role, Jesper is a key member of the Core Country Management Team and acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, overseeing HR operations for approximately 1,600 employees across various business units. Previous roles include HR Manager for JYSK Sweden, Strategic HR Business Partner at SEAS-NVE, and HR Business Partner at JYSK Denmark. Jesper has been instrumental in large change management initiatives, organizational development, and the implementation of performance management systems for numerous clients. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from AVT Business School, alongside various leadership and officer training programs from military academies.
